OVERVIEW

Award winning non-profit Friends of the Children wanted to increase their education support program for their youth, offering expanded support for both mentees and mentors. Over the course of several months, we utilized a mix of qualitative and quantitative research, identified goals, uncovered barriers, and evaluated the landscape.

OUTPUT | Findings and opportunities were synthesized into a strategic action plan.
